The following 40 second silent clip is from a home video recorded by Bob McFarland, who worked at the Brooklyn Shipyard at the time of the Missouri’s launch. Mr. McFarland filmed the Missouri’s launch from one of the nearby scaffolds.

This clip is part of a larger VHS tape gifted by the McFarland family to the USS Missouri.
